ITV London White City + Manchester Media City + Hybrid - expectation is 2-3 days in the office, often travelling between both locations. The ITV Studios UK division operates a partnering-led finance structure, reporting into the Finance Director - ITV Studios UK.

- Recruit, lead, and develop a skilled finance team that is agile and aligned with business priorities.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior finance stakeholders across ITV Studios UK, Divisional FP&A and Group Finance.
- Leading digital transformation initiatives, enhancing automation and streamlining legacy finance processes.
Technical requirements
- Demonstrated experience in change management, including reviewing, designing, and documenting new finance processes.
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives within finance or related functions.
- Strong experience working effectively within a matrix organisational structure.
