Main responsibilities
Delivering meaningful insights and strategic recommendations through analysis of performance trends, risks, and opportunities. Line manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering development and accountability. Leading on the development, tracking, and reporting of financial and operational KPIs across the business.

Strong leadership and operational judgement.
Requirements
- Exposure to TM1 or other data analysis, dashboard building, or automation softwares.
- Fully Qualified Accountant/Certified Financial Analyst (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA).
- Previous experience in the Music or Entertainment industry.
