What the role involves

• It is a key hire, an exciting time to be joining and a unique opportunity to help lead the team, see the impact your duties make.
• This is not a regulated position, but it will lead a team of 15 planners based mainly in central Scotland with 1 direct report to help them exceed their targets, implement strategi.
• Ensure that the best compliant advice is given to their clients.
• Leading the team of financial planners to ensure targets, client outcomes and efficiencies are exceeded working alongside the rest of the regional leadership team by implementing s.
• Driving client experience to the highest quality, coaching and mentoring the teams supporting professional development and assessing via measurable metrics in line with regulations.
• Keeping up to speed with industry regulation, rolling out new product and technical products and procedures to promote efficiency.
