Head of Financial Reporting

This Cleaner role is focused on ensure timely, accurate, and robust consolidation of Group results, working closely with the Head of Group Accounting and Consolidation and Finance Systems Lead. It would suit someone who can bring deep expertise in IFRS & UK GAAP, statutory reporting, and group consolidation in a global, PLC reporting environment to the role.

Where ownership sits

Cos, including FRS 101 conversions for new subsidiaries. Lead the preparation and delivery of the Group’s 40+ UK FRS 101 subsidiary statutory accounts on behalf of UK Op.

What the role carries

Overseeing the design, implementation, and monitoring of material financial controls for Finance in line with Provision 29 requirements. Ensure timely, accurate, and robust consolidation of Group results, working closely with the Head of Group Accounting and Consolidation and Finance Systems Lead. Maintaining a constant focus on efficiency and productivity gains to improve reporting timelines.
