Main responsibilities

Scenario Planning: Partner closely with the Finance Director to lead scenario analysis and long-term planning. KPI Monitoring: Develop and enhance KPI tracking frameworks to support performance management and operational insight. Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a commercial FP&A role, ideally within a private equity-backed business.
  • Proven experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
