Head of FP&A

This Head of FP&A role is focused on managing and oversee the quarterly budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes. It would suit someone who can bring strong leadership and operational judgement to the role.

Where ownership sits

That's all down to our passionate team of 200+ Plumsters, who work around Europe to help us achieve our mission. As well as leading the FP&A team, this person will work closely with the CEO, finance team and other departments across the business.

What the role carries

Managing and oversee the quarterly budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes. Develop and maintain complex financial models to enable decision-making across the organization.

What the role depends on

• Proven experience in FP&A or commercial finance with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.

Practical details

• We encourage at least 2 days a week in one of our beautiful offices in London, Athens or Cyprus.
• 2 weeks sabbatical after 4 years to take the break you deserve.
• 45 work-from-anywhere days: giving you the flexibility to work your way.
• 1 paid volunteering day annually.
