What you would be doing

Maintaining ≥90% client‑satisfaction NPS and generate strong word‑of‑mouth referrals. Build and coach a 2-5 person London-based consulting team focused on marketing transformation, org design and CX. Help oversee task-by-task operations and maintain performance standards.

What you need

• Bring 15-20 years of total experience, including 7+ years in senior consulting roles, strategic agency work, or platform-side enterprise solution sales.
• Have a track record of closing £5m+ in new business, particularly in Marketing or Digital Transformation.
• Are deeply networked with Marketing-led organizations, with bonus points for relationships in the FMCG/CPG space.

Practical information

• A new-business bonus of 7% of first-year revenue for each new client you bring in.
