What the role involves

• Develop and implement the organisation's comprehensive health and safety strategy aligned with aviation industry standards and corporate goals.
• Serve as the primary advisor to executive leadership on all matters related to occupational safety and aviation regulatory compliance.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including CAA, EASA, ICAO, HSE UK, and local safety laws.
• Overseeing the management and resolution of safety-related audits, inspections, and investigations.
• Leading risk assessments and safety management system (SMS) programs in accordance with ICAO Annex 19.
• Monitoring and continuously improve safety performance metrics (e.g., incident rates, audit findings, corrective actions).
