- Develop and implement efficient HR systems and processes to improve operational effectiveness and reduce risk.
Skills and requirements
- Support operational teams in delivering consistent customer experience through strong people management practices.
- Lead organisational change initiatives including business restructuring, growth projects and acquisitions where required.
- CIPD 5 qualification is essential.
- TUPE experience desirable.
