• Leads workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning frameworks to ensure leadership continuity and capability depth across the organization.

Skills and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15–20+ years of progressive HR experience, with senior leadership exposure (SVP/VP/Head of HR level).
• Proven experience leading enterprise HR strategy in complex, matrixed, or global organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading transformation and large-scale change initiatives.

Confirmed role details

• The anticipated base salary range for this remote position is between $220,000- $250,000.
• In addition, Everise provides benefits including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
• Depending on the specific role, compensation may also include a discretionary bonus and other benefit programs.
