What you would be doing

Managing external security partners, deliver cybersecurity awareness initiatives, and provide clear reporting on security posture, risks, and priorities to stakeholders. Develop and maintain Huel’s information security strategy, aligned with business priorities, technology risks, and growth plans. Overseeing core security capabilities, including threat detection, vulnerability management, incident response, access controls, and continuous improvement.

What you need

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience working with third-party security providers across services such as penetration testing, Managed Detection and Response, and compliance programmes.
• Experience building or maturing capabilities across risk management, incident response, vulnerability management, governance, and awareness.
