Head of Internal Communications focuses on managing a team of internal communications colleagues.
What the role involves
- Managing a team of internal communications colleagues.
- Act as a trusted adviser to the CEO and other leaders on leadership communication and engagement.
- Set the internal communications strategy and define clear objectives and priorities.
- Own the tone of voice, messaging principles, and storytelling standards and guidelines.
- Ensure communications actively support firm-wide performance and behaviour change.
- Build incremental innovations and enhancements to improve internal channels (intranet, leadership calls, written updates, video).
Skills and requirements
- You are a British citizen or have been resident in the UK for the past 5 years), as this is the prerequisite for a security clearance.
