Head of IT Systems

As a Head of IT Systems in London, the work centres on playing an active role in the global platforms leadership team, setting standards for how we deliver services to the business. It would suit someone who can bring excellent communication skills, able to communicate over telephone, chat, or face‑to‑face to the role.

What the work leans on

Flexible and willing to work outside core hours if necessary – the global platforms team provides a 24x7 escalation point. Azure AD (including conditional access, SSO, application registration, provisioning), M365 & Intune.

Where the technical work sits

• Playing an active role in the global platforms leadership team, setting standards for how we deliver services to the business.
• Experienced lead engineer or (hands‑on) architect who has led teams and contributed individually.
• The person in this role will work as part of the Global Platforms Leadership team and will manage the Systems Delivery team, serving as a key point of contact for the IT Operations.

Technical requirements

• Experience managing suppliers to specify and deliver solutions.
