As a Head of Major Loss, the work centres on role will be generally split 80% fee-earning, 20% operational management and you will oversee every loss in excess of £75,000 that arises in the south of England. It would suit someone who can bring strong leadership and operational judgement to the role.

What you would be doing
Role will be generally split 80% fee-earning, 20% operational management and you will oversee every loss in excess of £75,000 that arises in the south of England. Major loss adjusting practice provides a rare and exciting opportunity to take on a lead role within their Major Loss Division. Help oversee task-by-task operations and maintain performance standards.

What you need
- Candidates must essentially be A/FCILA qualified and have a minimum of 5 years in a major loss capacity with a desire to take on a managerial function.
- Basic salary up to £100,000 plus bonus, car allowance, pension, private medical care and 25 days annual holiday.
- Is home-based, but will require regular attendance at their City office so you should live within the South East.
