What you would be doing

Be accountable for delivering measurable impact across reputation, awareness, market perception, lead generation, conversion and revenue. Partnerships Director (responsible for partnership & lead generation). Work with our PR Lead to promote our thought leaders and oversee all our PR activity.

What you need

• Likely 5+ years in marketing, new business, or growth roles within a creative agency environment (events experience advantageous).
• Act as the bridge between Marketing, Partnerships and Client Experience teams.
• Founded in 2013 by Jennifer Davidson, we're an independently owned experience partner delivering world class events and experiences for some of the biggest brands, across the globe.

Practical information

• Additional days holiday for each year of service (capped at 3).
• Private health care (after 1 years' service).
• Partner with our Client Experience Directors and delivery teams to understand project outcomes, insights and stories that fuel effective pitches and marketing.
• In collaboration with the future COO, ensure compliance with procurement and governance expectations for large and multinational clients.
