Role overview
Managing and scaling a creative team (starting with video editors; you'll be responsible for hiring 2-3 additional video editors in your first 90 days). We're hiring a hands-on Growth Operator / Head of Marketing to take ownership of the performance engine of a fast-scaling DTC e-commerce brand.

Requirements
- Managing paid media campaigns, reporting, and task-by-task account priorities across relevant channels.
- 2+ years hands-on experience in DTC / e-commerce with specific examples of brands or accounts you've directly managed.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing and numbers (ROAS, CAC etc.).
Job details
- Performance bonus (Year 2+): Meaningful upside tied to revenue growth and contribution margin— strong performers realistically reach $150K–$200K+ total compensation in Year 2.
- $100,000 – $120,000 USD (depending on experience and proven track record).
- Long-term equity: Phantom stock available after 2 years of tenure (share in exit value).
- Dubai based at least 6 months per year, working from our office alongside the founder for close day-to-day collaboration.
