Managing major global partnerships like McLaren F1 and INEOS Grenadiers, handling day-to-day activation, contract delivery, and performance tracking. Driving athlete-led product innovation by working with athletes and teams to feed insights into the product pipeline. Track and report on performance of partnerships, using data and insight to demonstrate ROI and continuously improve impact.
