Head of People & Culture focuses on develop and execute a people strategy aligned to business goals.

What the role involves

  • Develop and execute a people strategy aligned to business goals.
  • Develop and implement the policies, procedures, and programmes that deliver on it.
  • Enable continuous feedback loops with the team to inform the people strategy and optimise all areas of our employee experience.
  • Leading a project to evolve our cultural values, in line with our changing business, and embed those values into all aspects of our work.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Establish a consistent and effective performance evaluation process.

Skills and requirements

  • Senior level experience in People leadership, with a track record of overseeing employee relations, people operations and leading cultural and organisational change.
  • Experience creating and leading initiatives with cultural impact, such as DEI.
  • A passionate communicator with proven experience leading internal communications through change.

Confirmed role details

  • This will be a hybrid role, with a minimum of two days a week in our Brighton office.
  • We are open to both part-time and full-time applicants.
