What the role carries

Leading a team of 3 direct reports across two sites, with scope to grow the function. Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the UK Leadership Team, you will develop and implement a procurement strategy across both the High Wycombe headquarters and the Hudder. This is a genuinely hands on leadership role, balancing strategic planning over a 3 to 5 year horizon with the day to day commercial discipline needed to deliver in year one.

What the role depends on

• Senior procurement or supply chain experience, ideally with management responsibility.
• Background in any industry - purchasing, senior procurement management, or sourcing experience is what matters.
• Degree qualified in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.

Practical details

• Based primarily at the High Wycombe site, with travel to Huddersfield approximately twice per month.
• Candidates should ideally be located within 45 minutes to an hour of High Wycombe.
• This is a Full Time, office based position.
• £50,000 to £70,000 base salary depending on experience.
