Managing teams and direct report to a high standard, setting expectations of high performance, high quality, and predictable delivery in line with agreed service levels and commitmen. Create and manage a skills matrix to ensure teams are prepared and effective at building, testing and supporting Products in alignment with agreed product and technology roadmaps. Accountable for team recruitment to maintain resource levels and skills requirements.

• Experience of managing third-party suppliers and remote product development teams.

Job details

• This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
• Work model: Remote.
