What you'll need to succeed Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior estates, property or maintenance management role within a complex organisation. What you'll get in return .5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.37 days annual leave.6‑month contract with strong potential for a permanent role.

Managing internal teams and external contractors, ensuring performance, value for money and service excellence. Monitoring budgets, procurement activity and contract performance. Leading and manage the delivery of property maintenance services across a large and varied estate.
