Job description
As a Head of Sales, the work centres on they are now looking for someone that can oversee a sales team of 4 whilst still being a hunter, out in the field and meeting clients themselves. It would suit someone who can bring handling account-by-account responsibilities with consistency and care to the role.

The client is the UK market leader for Commercial Heat Pumps, breaking records for project sizes, ranging from 100KW - 8MW+. Services for Renewable Energy, Wholesale Hardware, Plumbing, Heating Equipment, and HVAC and Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing.
What you would be doing

What you need
- Technical and/or Sales experience in Heat Pumps, Oil & Gas, or HVAC.
- Additionally, a degree in Engineering (or strong technical experience).

- Hybrid working (2-3 days a week in the office).
