Job description

The Head of Sales Buy to Let/Dev Finance position centres on developing and maintain a pipeline of professional landlords, SPVs, LLPs, and property-investment clients investing in UK residential property. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.

Role overview

This will involve sourcing new BTL lending opportunities through brokers, property developers, introducers, and direct client relationships. Coordinate with internal teams (Credit Risk, Compliance, Legal) for timely approvals and disbursements.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of professional landlords, SPVs, LLPs, and property-investment clients investing in UK residential property.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in corporate credit and credit sales, with strong exposure to sourcing and managing high-value credit relationships.
