Main responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the sales strategy and ensure targets and KPIs are consistently achieved, maintaining first-class sales operations throughout. Produce and manage budgets, track forecasts, reconcile P&Ls and ensure all activity aligns with wider commercial objectives. Working alongside the Finance team, you’ll prepare accurate reports and insights for senior leadership when required.

Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience leading sales within event venues or complex experiential environments.
- Strong negotiation experience and a track record of profitable deal‑making.
- Experience managing budgets, P&Ls and financial reporting.
