This Head of Sales role is focused on managing several broker/client relationships who have/frequently use the business. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
How the role is set up
The company is experiencing an exciting growth period and is now keen to welcome an experienced Sales Team Leader to join the expanding sales team. Conduct regular 1-2-1 and performance reviews with team members.
Where someone would start
Managing several broker/client relationships who have/frequently use the business. Work with brokers, borrowers and external partners to produce, monitor and deliver an effective application. Understand and deliver the core values of the business.

Strong professional approach.
What is expected
- Experience of business development and sales management in the specialist finance market.
- Demonstrable awareness of Specialist Finance industry.
- Able to confidently communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
