As a Head of Sales, the work centres on managing, mentor, and motivate a national sales team, ensuring every individual hits their targets and grows their capability. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
Role overview
Hold regular 1:1s, provide coaching, set clear goals, and support personal and professional development. You will oversee a team of 8 sales professionals and be responsible for a sales budget of over £10m and be striving for double digit growth every year.
Main responsibilities
Managing, mentor, and motivate a national sales team, ensuring every individual hits their targets and grows their capability. Review team performance, using sales metrics and KPIs to identify improvements, and implement strategies that deliver results. Track KPIs, analyse performance, and present insights to senior management.

- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive team performance and achieve business objectives.
- A track record of delivering (and exceeding) sales targets.

Job details
- Hybrid but must be able to visit Hereford Office twice a week and travel nationally.
- Basic £60- £75,000 + Company Car or Allowance + Pension + Uncapped Bonus / Profit Share.
