This Head of Sales role is focused on developing and implement strategic commercial plans, in close collaboration with the General Manager and Revenue, to. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.

Who the work supports

Be responsible for leading and executing our commercial strategy, driving revenue growth across all segments, and inspiring a high-performing sales team. Ideally, you have 5+ years’ experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the hospitality sector, and a proven track record of driving revenue.

How support shows up

Develop and implement strategic commercial plans, in close collaboration with the General Manager and Revenue, to source. Drive, and grow revenue across all segments. You'll constantly monitor results, adjusting strategies and activities to ensure objectives and targets are consistently met. Lead the sales team, fostering a highly proactive and high-performing environment that empowers the team to deliver on all objectives.
