What you would be doing

Overseeing operations in Theale, ensuring seamless communication between warehouse, boutique, and online orders. Leading all operational planning and team coordination for pop-ups, including logistics, inventory, merchandising, and sales reporting.
What you need
- 7+ years of sales leadership experience in premium fashion or luxury retail.
- Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and event logistics.
- Strong understanding of both retail and wholesale channels, with experience building international relationships.
