Head of Sales - Payments, Fin-Tech, Merchant Services, Acquiring. Our client is an exciting payments technology scale-up, based in London, who have recently secured VC backing & are keen to scale the team.
Main responsibilities
Build and maintain fantastic relationships with both new & existing key clients. Review sales & performance data to ensure you are on top of your own & your teams numbers, sharing best practice & communicating effectively with the rest of the leadership team. Create, build and roll out a sales strategy which achieves our agreed goals.

- Hire & build a high performing sales team (both SDR & Field), demonstrating your ability to lead, inspire, coach, manage, motivate, train & develop the best people.
Job details
- £70-80k basic + equity + bonus/comms + benefits.
- Work model: Hybrid.
