The Role

• Supporting and developing staff through coaching and performance management

• Managing departmental budgets, resources, and laboratory compliance

• Contributing to whole-school leadership and the wider boarding community

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification

• A degree in a Science subject or closely related field

• Proven experience teaching Science at secondary level, including KS5

• Previous leadership experience within a Science department

• A strong track record of raising standards and improving outcomes

• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
