Skills and requirements
- Master’s degree in social work.
- Social Work Practice Educator qualification (PEPS 1&2) or equivalent (A).
- Post Graduate degree in Management or Leadership Development Programme.
- Experience of senior management role in either Health or Social Care setting.
Confirmed role details
- ·Provide consultation to social workers and wider MDT on issues relevant to social work practice and service developments.
- Liaise closely with the Academic, Service and Clinical Directors on research and development opportunities.
- Support on the initiation, undertaking and supervision of complex service evaluation and audit as required.
- ·Ensure utilisation of social work trainees and postgraduate students in service evaluation and research.
