As a Head of Strategic Climate Partnerships, the work centres on leading and support the team (currently 1 direct report) through coaching, feedback, and shared learning. It would suit someone who can bring handling account-by-account responsibilities with consistency and care to the role.

Leading and support the team (currently 1 direct report) through coaching, feedback, and shared learning. Leading thoughtful, well-prepared conversations that reduce buyer risk and support informed decision-making.

- We invest in and develop our talent and are hiring a Head of Strategic Climate Partnerships to lead our Strategic Accounts function within the Commercial team.
What needs to be in place

- You have experience owning commercial outcomes across enterprise clients, including renewals, retention, and expansion.
- You are comfortable being accountable for revenue targets and long-term account growth, not just relationship management.
