Head of Strategy

The Head of Strategy will help guide Vesta’s leadership, overseeing four strategic teams and driving strategic projects. This role also focuses on helping shape Vesta’s geographic growth, including acquisition selection and integration.

What you would be doing

Lead the strategic planning process across Vesta’s portfolio. Identify and evaluate growth opportunities including M&A, market expansion, and product innovation. Collaborate with Portfolio Leaders, Divisional Leaders & Group Leaders to align business unit strategies with group objectives.

What you need

• Proven experience in strategic planning, corporate development, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
