Maintaining skills level and knowledge to perform duties as Head of Surgical Services. Managing trials of theatre equipment and consumables in accordance with hospital policies. Participate. Additionally, the Head of Surgical Services supports the Endoscopy Lead to achieve JAG and develop and grow the service.

What needs to be in place

• RN (General) Level 1 or Qualified Operating Department Practitioner.
