This Ftc role is focused on supporting organisational growth and change readiness, including brand opportunities and M&A integration. It would suit someone who can bring clear communication, discretion, and organised people-process support to the role.

Support organisational growth and change readiness, including brand opportunities and M&A integration. Lead the end-to-end talent agenda, including recruitment, learning & development, early careers, and talent pipeline planning.

- Experience supporting growth, transformation, or M&A through people strategies.
- Deep expertise in Learning & Development, with Recruitment and Early Careers experience desirable.
- Proven experience designing enterprise-wide talent strategies.
