- Embed client voice and co-production across service design, delivery, and development.
- Build external partnerships, represent the service externally, and contribute to knowledge-sharing, training, or policy discussions.
Skills and requirements
- A recognised clinical qualification in psychology, counselling, psychotherapy, social work, or a related discipline.
- Registration or accreditation with a relevant professional body.
- Extensive post-qualification clinical experience, including working with trauma, complex needs, or survivors of abuse.
