Health and Safety Manager
Health and Safety Manager focuses on reporting directly into the plant manager, you will be responsible for maintaining health & safety on a heavy continuous process manufacturing site.
What the role involves
- Reporting directly into the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining Health & Safety on a heavy continuous process manufacturing site.
- Take a lead on risk assessment and risk management, investigate accidents/incidents.
- Ensure corrective measures are put In place.
- Ensure that SOPs are reinforced and best practice is adhered to.
- Deliver all H&S training, inductions.
- Ensure the site is compliant with all environmental clauses.
Skills and requirements
- ARE YOU A HSE MANAGER OR HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER WITH EXPERIENCE WORKING WITHIN A HEAVY MANUFACTURING ENVIONMENT?
- Applicants will have a NEBOSH qualification as a minimum.
- Must have previously worked within a manufacturing environment.
Confirmed role details
- £60, to £65, DOE + Up to 15% Bonus + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Generous Pension Scheme + Healthcare Plan + Rewards & Benefits Platform + Life Assurance + Employee Assistanc.
