• As the new Health and Safety Manager, you will operate in a hybrid role, primarily covering sites across London and the South, and up towards Birmingham.
• ·Strategic Advice & Leadership: Provide technical guidance to ensure all operations comply with legislation and best practices.
• Leading safety initiatives and represent the company in HSQE meetings.
• ·Performance Monitoring & Incident Management: Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Managing HSQE KPIs and use data-driven insights for improvements.
