Health Safety and Environmental Advisor

Senior Management levelDemonstrates conscious is looking for a Health Safety and Environmental Advisor, with the role focused on leading KLA to world class EHS performance. It would suit someone who can bring supporting the role of out proactive safety programs e.g. GEMBA, safety tours and inspections to the role.

Our primary areas of strategic focus include of reducing risks to our employees, eliminating serious injuries, reducing wastes, integration of EHS management systems. Keep current on regulatory trends.

How support shows up

Lead KLA to world class EHS performance. Our mission is to lead and enable the business and leverage EHS talents to achieve short and long-term business objectives. Provide day to day EHS support for operation based in Newport and field service support for customer sites located in the UK (across 3 Newport sites) & Ireland.

Supporting the role of out proactive safety programs e.g. GEMBA, safety tours and inspections.

What needs to be in place

• All applicants must hold a valid NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent to be considered for this role.
• Strong analytical skills to review safety data and KPI's.
• Ability to work cross functionally and across our customer sites with the ability to act with professionalism, integrity and diplomacy championing KLA values.
