Health & Safety Compliance Officer focuses on working closely with the health & safety officer and senior facilities & health & safety manager, you’ll maintain accurate audit trackers, gather evidence.
What the role involves
- Working closely with the Health & Safety Officer and Senior Facilities & Health & Safety Manager, you’ll maintain accurate audit trackers, gather evidence.
- Support reporting, and help ensure compliance improvements are delivered on time.
- Alongside audit delivery, you’ll provide operational support across day‑to‑day health and safety activity — helping maintain records.
- Support continuity of statutory duties during periods of pressure or absence.
- Coordinate risk assessments, track actions.
- Build strong working relationships across teams.

- Providing operational cover for statutory health and safety duties when required.
