- To support their recent growth, they are now seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Health & Safety Manager to work with the management team.
- Overseeing H&S across their large site in Dungannon.
- Ensure total alignment with current health, safety, and environmental legislation.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and comprehensive audits across production and warehousing environments. Identify areas for improvement and implement practical.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant statutory regulations, health and safety legislation, and food industry standards. Keep the management team updated on regulatory changes a.
- Leading investigations into any workplace incidents, near-misses, or hazards. Analyse root causes, compile detailed reports, and introduce preventative measures to minimise future.
Skills and requirements

- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of dedicated Health & Safety management experience, ideally gained within a food production, food manufacturing, or (FMCG) warehousing environment.

Candidate fit
- A NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent professional membership (e.g., TechIOSH/CMIOSH) is highly desirable.
