What the role involves
- Leading site Health & Safety activities.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Monitoring subcontractor compliance and performance.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Delivering inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
- Ensure compliance with HSE legislation and project standards.
Skills and requirements
- Proven Health & Safety management experience on construction, infrastructure, M&E, MEP, or Data Centre projects.
- NEBOSH qualification.
- Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and UK HSE legislation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Confirmed role details
- 6 Months (Potential Extension).
- IR35 Status: Outside IR35.
