What the role involves

• Leading site Health & Safety activities.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Monitoring subcontractor compliance and performance.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Delivering inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
• Ensure compliance with HSE legislation and project standards.

Skills and requirements

• Proven Health & Safety management experience on construction, infrastructure, M&E, MEP, or Data Centre projects.
• NEBOSH qualification.
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and UK HSE legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Confirmed role details

• 6 Months (Potential Extension).
• IR35 Status: Outside IR35.
• We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to support the delivery of a major Data Centre project in East London.
• Support the safe delivery of construction and commissioning activities.
