Health Safety & Wellbeing Manager
Health Safety & Wellbeing Manager focuses on provide visible leadership and act as a role model for health and safety across all operational sites.
What the role involves
- Provide visible leadership and act as a role model for health and safety across all operational sites.
- Overseeing the compliance with the Omexom Management System, ISO 45001 and CDM 2015.
- Coordinating the HSW Advisors in the support of Construction Stage Health and Safety Plans, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements.
- Provide guidance to ensure alignment with project and client requirements.
- Leading or support investigations into incidents and near misses, ensuring root causes are identified and lessons learned are shared.
- Report on Business Unit health and safety performance, including KPIs and incident statistics, for internal and client reporting.
Skills and requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- NEBOSH Diploma, Level 6 NVQ Diploma (or equivalent).
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
Confirmed role details
- Ensure that HSW training and toolbox talks are delivered across the Business Unit.
- Ensure compliance with Omexom and client H&S procedures and expectations.
- Actively support the implementation of the Omexom Safe Communities way of working.
