Job description

This Health & Social Care Assessor opportunity with Level 2 is built around recognising and report any safeguarding concerns relating to staff, learners, adults at risk or children. It would suit someone who can bring supporting lesson-by-lesson logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards to the role.

Where the work sits

25 Days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service). As a Personal Development Manager (assessor), you will be responsible for ensuring a caseload of apprenticeship & diploma-only learners achieve their health and social care qualifi.

How the role works day to day

Recognising and report any safeguarding concerns relating to staff, learners, adults at risk or children. Promoting and safeguarding learner health and wellbeing. Engaging with learners and employers monthly to gain commitment to programme.

Supporting lesson-by-lesson logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards.

Practical details

  • Work model: Remote.

What needs to be in place

  • Ideally you will hold a teaching qualification at Level 3 or above.
  • Current, extensive and relevant vocational experience (min 2 years) in the adult / elderly health & social care sector, including Dementia and Learning Disabilities at a Senior Car.
