This Health & Social Care Observation Assessor opportunity with Level 3 is built around supporting task-by-task logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with learners to the role.
Role overview
A Health & Social Care qualification at Level 3, 4 or 5. Planning and conducting progressive in-person visits (average of 3 learners per day).

Requirements
- ·Must have own transport, broadband connection, and business-use car insurance (all business mileage and expenses are covered by the company).
- ·Employment is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check & references.
- ·£500 employee referral bonus scheme.
Job details
- An Assessor qualification (D32/D33, A1, TAQA, or CAVA).
- ·25 days annual leave + bank holidays (increasing with length of service).
- Visiting workplaces to observe learners in real-life care settings, ensuring they meet apprenticeship standards.
- Providing clear, constructive feedback to support learner progression and achievement.
