Skills and requirements

• Previous management experience (Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Service Manager, Area Manager etc.).
• Experience managing teams and leading staff performance.
• Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care or strong equivalent experience.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

• £31,936 + mileage + benefits.
• Assessor to support Level 5 Leader in Adult Care learners across the East of England.
• Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Health & Social Care Trainer.
• Manage a caseload of adult care learners completing their Level 5 Leadership qualification , supporting managers working across a range of care environments.
