Registered Nurse focuses on monitor multi-agency child plans with families and professionals.
What the role involves
- Monitor multi-agency child plans with families and professionals.
- Work in partnership with families and agencies to ensure agreed actions are completed.
- Analyse, and act on wellbeing concerns, escalating and initiating Child Protection when required.
- Leading and contribute to Child Protection assessment, planning, service delivery, and supervision.
- Delivering the universal pathway, undertake assessments using validated tools, and make timely referrals.
- Supporting quality improvement through audit, monitoring standards, and corrective action planning.
Skills and requirements
- Registered nurse or midwife at degree level or equivalentPost-registration qualification in Health Visiting/Public Health Nursing and be registered on Part 3 of the NMC register.
Confirmed role details
- 5 days between Monday – Friday 08.30 – 16.30.
