Health Visitor – Children’s Services
The Registered Nurse position in Health Visiting centres on developing and agree a multiagency child’s plan based on the agreed policies and procedures. Implement. How the role is set up
Post-registration qualification in Health Visiting/Public Health Nursing and be registered on Part 3 of the NMC register. Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.
Care and support involved
Develop and agree a multiagency child’s plan based on the agreed policies and procedures. Implement. Monitoring the plan to endeavour to ensure the child’s needs are met and desired outcomes achieved. Registered nurse or midwife at degree level or equivalent.
