What the role involves

• Work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure health protocols are followed to the highest standard, while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
• Maintaining accurate health and medical records for staff and clients 📋.
• Supporting the implementation of workplace health and safety protocols 🛡️.
• Provide basic healthcare support during Onsite health assessments.
• Work alongside internal teams to ensure compliance with health-related regulations ✅.
• Managing appointment scheduling and communication between healthcare providers and staff 📅.

Skills and requirements

• Certified qualification or equivalent experience as a Healthcare Assistant or similar role.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Great communication skills — comfortable liaising with both healthcare professionals and internal teams.
• Working knowledge of health and safety regulations in an office-based setting.
