What the role involves
- Be providing a caring support service to our patients across different departments.
- Assisting the Outpatients/Pre-Assessment & Wards team in the provision of exemplary patient care.
- Contributing to the support and monitoring of patients.
- Identifying and reporting any significant changes that might affect the patient’s health and well-being to the appropriate person.
- Assisting with the movement of patients in line with hospital policies.
- Previous experience of working as an HCA (or equivalent) in a clinical environment.

- Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.
Confirmed role details
- This is a fixed term contract covering maternity leave for up to 14 months.
